Do you have a retail store located in my state? 

We have a retail location in the Houston Galleria/Uptown area. We primarily operate online in order to cut overhead costs and focus exclusively on quality and service, ensuring high-quality products at a much better value than offered at your local jewelry stores. However, we love to meet our clients to discuss their vision and the process, so feel free to stop by!

Do you have gemologists on staff? 

Yes! Our gemologists, including graduates from the Gemological Institute of America (G.I.A.) are an integral part of our client relations and assessment of quality. G.I.A. is considered the most prestigious gemological school and lab in the world, and now has several schools and/or labs in major jewelry centers throughout the world including London, Bangkok and Tel Aviv--besides the two in the US. For many jewelers, G.I.A. represents the pinnacle of integrity. If you have any further questions, you can speak with one of our graduate gemologists at any time. 

Do you clean or provide care for jewelry sold on your site?

All jewelry purchased from Tego Jewelers is eligible for a free cleaning every six months. You may also return your jewelry to our boutique for free prong tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating and cleaning.
